I came to Canada in Jan 74 after a 2 year stent in the US Army to attend Bible College. After graduating from school I moved to Calgary, one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Nestled in the foothills of the Rockies Mtns with 2 rivers running through it provides endless world class fly fishing. Banff, Sunshine and numerous world class ski hills are easily accessible by hopping in your SUV. The Calgary Stampede is touted as the largest outdoor rodeo in the world . If you liked the series "Yellowstone", you love cowboying up for 10 days of the best rodeoing you'll ever see.
My kids mom and I were married in 1975 in Calgary. We have 3 kids and and 7 grandkids. who are all amazing. Our 3 oldest grandkids have now graduated from HS and one is attending UV.
Our kids have grown into amazing adults along with their spouses. There is no shortage of love and hugs in our tribe. My kids and I have all volunteered in countries abroad , Africa, India, Steve, ElSalvador. We all continue to volunteer in the communities we live in.
The truth is, we're just like all of you. We have aspirations and passions that would relate to most. But one thing for sure, We're all people persons. We laugh, we cry, we celebrate...together.
